For those agencies in the tri-county an annual subscription fee of $100. 00 can be remind and is good for twelve months and is payable upon receipt of our bill. This subscription fee will be reviewed and revised annually depending upon maintenance and insurance costs compared with the number of subscribing departments. Any non-f re agency wishing to have use of the safety trailer should go through their local department to make arrangements. The local department organizing the utilization of the trailer win be responsible for providing the fire personnel who are qualified to staff the trailer. The cost for transporting the trailer is travel time plus one hour for set up and one hour for break down and clean up at a rate of $35. 00 per hour. An invoice for these costs will be billed to your agency after the use of the 'Safety House'. In addition to the above charges we also ask that a Certificate of Insurance be provided.
